"Exactly what a local agent should be. We've had home, auto, and life insurance with them for years. Whenever we need to change something, it's easy to just e-mail a ask, and the staff reads, understands, and gets us what we need; the big benefit of working with real humans. They also work well with all of State Farm's online systems, so you can manage things on your phone just fine if you don't want to interact with people"
